How to use:
We recommend using our Relief Duo range as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing, creating a daily ritual with these natural, evidence based products.
Relief Balm:
Apply a pea-sized amount to the concerned area and massage until full absorbed. Do this twice daily.
Relief Salts:
Add 2 to 3 handfuls in a warm bath, soak for at least 25 minutes. Ideal for recovery post-intensive exercise.
