Frankincense, also known as olibanum, is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. It typically grows in the dry, mountainous regions  of India, Africa and the Middle East. 

Boswellia oils are one of the ancient and most valued ingredients in the traditional Hindu practice, Ayurveda.

This oil is frequently used in aromatherapy for its calming properties, soothing tensions.
