What do WholyMe products do?
Our products serve to soothe body and mind with only pure and clean ingredients, nothing more.
Our first Relief range has been formulated to help with stresses, aches and pains associated with over-worked-out and fatigued muscles and joints. The range includes a body balm for targeted localized relief and recovery bath salts.
What ingredients do you use in WholyMe products?
Our ingredients are picked from nature. They have been chosen for their soothing properties and are certified organic. You can learn more about each of our ingredients here.
How do you ensure the quality of your ingredients?
We are obsessive with the quality of our ingredients; we only chose suppliers that meet out strict standards. They respect the highest manufacturing processes and grow ingredients organically, all of which are Organic certified or Natural certified (learn more here).

Is your packaging recyclable?
Our packaging is entirely recyclable. The Balm’s jar and cap and the Drops’ bottle can be recycled with other glass recipients. The Drops’ pipette is in polypropylene; it must be separated from the glass and disposed with other recyclable plastic materials. Our boxes are made of recyclable FSC certified paper, as well as the shipping envelopes we use. We try our best to minimize packaging and respect the environment: our fulfilment partner is carbon positive.

How do I use the Relief Balm?
The Relief Balm has been formulated to maintain the integrity of muscles and joints.
Apply a pea-sized amount to fingers and massage onto muscles and/or joints until fully absorbed. The heat from your skin will melt the balm, allowing it to be easily absorbed and encourage muscles and joints to relax. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day. Wash your hands after each use.
Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Not intended for use by children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
How long does one Relief Balm last?
Depending on your usage, the Relief Balm can last between 30 and 60 days if applied every day.
How should I feel after having used the Relief Balm?
The Relief Balm has been formulated to provide relief for over-worked-out and fatigued muscles and joints. Every ingredient has properties that help soothe general aches and pains in the body. After using the Balm, a relieving sensation should be felt where applied. The hemp seed oil contained in the Balm doesn’t have any psychoactive effect.
