Avocado fruit is derived from a subtropical tree. Avocado oil is obtained from the flesh of the fruit, which unlike most fruits, is rich in healthy fats. These oils have numerous general health benefits, largely related to its antioxidants and healthy fats content.
Avocado oil is particularly rich in certain acids such as oleic and palmitoleic acids and other active ingredients, which are at the source of its softening and regenerating virtues, ideal for body and face treatments.
